David Sanborn
President/ Chairperson
David is a Life Science industry professional with 37 years of experience in medical research and commercial business operations. While conducting research and development work, he helped develop new medications, diagnostic tests, and vaccines.
During his years in commercial roles, he has been responsible for managing $300 MM (USD) in revenue, launching new products, and connecting scientists with technology.
Dave has joined the USTAWI team to assist in the launch of this organization and is excited to use his problem solving skills to help connect with and nurture the Ustawi movement around the world.
Darlene Cadman
Secretary
Darlene has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. As an architect, she has participated in a variety of project types and contracts creating a unique skill set and expertise that greatly benefits all project delivery types.
Her specialties include training and facilitation of activities such as masterplanning, extensive design-oriented problem solving, strategic procurement for IPD team selections and high performance team building. She has been instrumental in providing inspirational leadership through speaking engagements and working sessions to develop collaborative project delivery and the transformation of the industry in Canada and in the United States, where she currently works and resides.
Darlene has established her own company Weft Strategies LP, and enjoys exploring the world and working to help where she can!
